CFO TERMS & CONDITIONS

NO PAYMENT. NO ORDER BASIS.

1. All price quoted are inclusive of shipping & handling + sales tax + insurance+ supplier's fees + local postage to YOUR DOORSTEP, no hidden charges =) Sorry but NO BARGAIN is allowed.

2. The sale typically happens on 48 hours basis. Because of time different and some major constraint, we only give 45 hours for you to make your order and PAYMENT. Sometimes, they only have sales for 24 hours.

3. Sale is subjected to handbags, wallets, wristlets and other items that are listed in the CFO online sale ONLY. Sorry items from coach.com website are not included in the offer.

4. Unfortunately, we DO NOT take orders for shoes as some of them were made from PIGSKIN.

5. Successful purchase will be based on the availability at the store. We will let you know if your item or your preferred colour is not available. Full deposit will be refunded accordingly.

6. Please take note that not all item from the outlet comes with dustbag.

7. Orders usually close at 8pm the day after. We only order items that have been paid by the time given. We do not accept orders after the time given and any payment made after that will be refunded respectively.

8. 70% deposit is required for bookings. Balance shall be settled once the item reached Malaysia. We will let you know via email when the item arrives and you need to make payment before we send the item to you (no exceptional).

9. Payment balance is due when item reaches Malaysia. We will send an email for payment follow up so that you'll know that your order has arrived so that you can proceed with the balance. **Please note that within the first 4 weeks after deposit payment is made, we will not be entertaining emails/sms/msg asking when the order will arrive. It's already stated 4-6 weeks of arrival to Malaysia.

10. ALL SALES ARE FINAL! Once payment is made and order has been placed you are NOT ALLOWED to change order. So please think carefully before placing order.

11. Sorry, but we won't accept any orders without deposit.
